Murat Türkili is a Turkish designer and creative director. He began his career at Beymen and gained early recognition with the Academia Young Talent Award, later founding Academia as a brand rooted in design-driven identity. As Beymen’s Creative Director, he led collection design, visual merchandising, and store and display concepts, shaping the brand DNAs of Academia, Beymen Collection, and Beymen Club. In 2021, he founded MT1012, where he continues to serve as Creative Director.
