Murat Türkili is a Turkish designer and creative director. He began his career at Beymen and gained early recognition with the Academia Young Talent Award, later founding Academia as a brand rooted in design-driven identity. As Beymen’s Creative Director, he led collection design, visual merchandising, and store and display concepts, shaping the brand DNAs of Academia, Beymen Collection, and Beymen Club.

In 2021, he founded MT1012, where he continues to serve as Creative Director while also acting as a creative catalyst for brands, founders, and creative teams. The studio operates at the intersection of strategy and creativity, supporting organizations in defining and refining their visual and cultural identity. His practice spans concept development, brand positioning, and creative direction, ensuring clarity, coherence, and long-term impact.
